When will my order or repair be shipped?
Orders ship within 5 to 14 business days. During peak holiday seasons it can take longer.
How will my order be shipped?
ship by FedEx Ground or Priority Mail from the US Post
Office. FedEx Tuesday through Saturday. USPS “Priority Mail” delivers
Monday through Saturday.
Shipments to post office boxes, Hawaii,
Alaska, APO addresses and any other US Territory, outside the
Continental US, are sent by USPS “Priority Mail.” We do not ship
Express to any of these locations.
Once shipped, how long will it take to receive my order?
will take 5-7 business days for FedEx “Ground Delivery” in the
Continental US. “Priority Mail” takes two to five days.
What if I want my package left in a special place?
you would like your package left in a specific location (at back door;
with concierge; with neighbor), please enter those instructions in the
“Additional Information” box when you place your order.
Can I ship faster than Ground Delivery?
do not ship expedited to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses
or International locations. need to get additional charges from

Can I ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?
we ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. We
do not ship expedited services to PO Boxes or Military addresses.
How will I know when my stuffed animal arrived?
your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with FedEx or
USPS tracking information. To check on delivery status, click directly
on the FedEx or USPS tracking number provided. Please note that it may
take 24 hours before information appears on the carrier’s website.
If you think your order is late, please keep in mind:

- Credit card authorization must be received prior to our processing your order.
- UPS delivers Monday through Friday. USPS Priority Mail delivers Monday through Saturday.
What if a package arrives damaged?

we ship International via Express Mail from the US Post Office. This
is a service that can be tracked and insured.
